1. Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius.

2. Mix the butter (softened), sugar and eggs together.

3. Mix premix evenly until well blended to form a dough.

4. Roll to a 1cm thickness, shape into a circle and place chopped almond on top of the dough.

5. Brush the top of the dough with some egg yolk.

6. Arrange on baking tray and bake for 22 minutes at 180° Celsius.
