1. Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius.
2. Mix the butter (softened), sugar and eggs together.
3. Mix premix evenly until well blended to form a dough.
4. Use the biscuit mold to cut out the dough into desire shape.
5. Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of the cookie dough.
6. Arrange on baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes at 160° Celsius.
