1. Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius.
2. Mix the butter (softened), sugar and eggs together.
3. Mix premix evenly until well blended to form a dough.
4. Pipe the dough strips using the semperit mold
5. Brush the top of the dough with some egg yolk.
6. Arrange on baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes at 160° Celsius.
